摘要
新生血管有转运炎症细胞至炎症病损处,为炎症组织提供氧和营养,加重炎症的作用。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)可促进血管内皮细胞增殖,促新生血管发生。新生血管发生可使炎症细胞更容易迁移至炎症部位,为炎症的肉芽组织提供氧和营养物质,从而使炎症反应持续存在。VEGF在慢性牙周炎患者的龈沟液和血清中表达较高,VEGF在血管内皮、间质和炎症细胞中均表达,且在健康牙周以及慢性牙周炎和侵袭性牙周炎中表达升高。在创伤愈合阶段,愈合组织中的VEGF表达上升。在牙周以重建手术术区,VEGF表达增高。在慢性牙周炎的牙龈组织中,低氧诱导因子表达在成纤维样细胞和炎症浸润细胞中明显升高,在低氧诱导因子的介导下,VEGF受体表达上调。白细胞介素-1、6以及地诺前列酮可促进VEGF表达,调节骨的体内动态平衡和骨的发育,骨的形成和再生过程亦与新血管形成密切相关,VEGF亦是其主要的刺激因子。探讨VEGF在成骨及成血管中的作用,发掘其在牙周组织再生应用的可能性,可望为牙周组织再生提供更有力的支持。
The vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) as an endothelial cell-specifi c growth factor is one of the most important factors in the formation of new blood vessels. The level of expression of VEGF in some pathological conditions, such as infl ammation and tumors, changes signifi cantly to regulate angiogenesis and thus affects the development of the disease. Periodontal disease is a chronic infl ammatory disease accompanied by changes in the expression of VEGF, which reveals the changes in the status of the disease to a certain extent. The expression of VEGF in periodontal infl ammation increases the degree of infl ammation and adjusts the formation of periodontal bone tissues in the repair phase. VEGF can interact with a variety of cytokines during the up-regulation of the VEGF function. VEGF in periodontal tissues and its effect are reviewed in this study.
