SFRP1蛋白及MIF在老年重度牙周炎患者中的表达及与认知功能的相关性 被引量:3

Expression of SFRP1 and MIF in elderly patients with severe periodontitis and their correlation with cognitive function

摘要 目的研究分泌型卷曲蛋白1(SFRP1)蛋白及巨噬细胞迁移抑制因子(MIF)在重度牙周炎老年患者中的表达及与认知功能的相关性。方法将医院从2018年1月至2020年1月收治的老年牙周炎患者101例纳入研究,将其按照疾病严重程度分作重度组48例与轻中度组53例。评价两组血清SFTP1、MIF水平以及认知功能,并以Spearman相关性分析明确血清SFTP1、MIF水平与认知功能的关系。此外,分析两组血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与白细胞介素-35(IL-35)水平的差异。结果重度组血清SFTP1以及MIF水平分别为(297.34±17.49)ng/L、(15.10±2.37)ng/ml,均明显高于轻中度组的(208.57±11.24)ng/L、(11.56±2.10)ng/ml(P<0.05)。重度组简易智力状态量表(MMSE)以及蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分分别为(13.15±4.04)分、(24.17±1.30)分,均低于轻中度组的(18.62±5.13)分、(28.50±1.45)分(P<0.05)。经Spearman相关性分析可得:老年重度牙周炎患者MMSE评分、MoCA评分均和血清SFTP1、MIF水平呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。重度组血清CRP以及IL-35水平分别为(2.05±0.35)mg/L、(351.22±33.75)ng/ml,均明显高于轻中度组的(1.66±0.36)mg/L(、273.49±25.17)ng/ml(P<0.05)。结论老年牙周炎患者血清SFTP1、MIF均存在明显高表达,且上述两项指标可能和老年重度牙周炎患者的认知功能障碍密切相关。 Objective To investigate the expression of secretory frizzled protein 1(SFRP1)and macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)in elderly patients with severe periodontitis and to analyze their correlation with cognitive function.Methods A total of 101 elderly patients with periodontitis were included in the study.The patients were divided into severe group(48)and moderate group(53).The levels of serum SFTP1 and MIF and cognitive function in the two groups were evaluated,and the relationship between the levels of serum SFTP1 and MIF and cognitive function was determined by Spearman correlation analysis.The difference in serum C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-35(IL-35)levels between the two groups was analyzed.Results The serum SFTP1 and MIF levels in the severe group were(297.34±17.49)ng/L and(15.10±2.37)ng/ml,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the mild and moderate groups(208.57±11.24)ng/L and(11.56±2.10)ng/ml(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE and MoCA were(13.15±4.04)and(24.17±1.30)in the severe group,respectively,which were lower than(18.62±5.13)and(28.50±1.45)in the moderate group(P<0.05).MMSE score and MoCA score in elderly patients with severe periodontitis were negatively correlated with serum SFTP1 and MIF levels(P<0.05).The serum CRP and IL-35 levels in the severe group were(2.05±0.35)mg/L and(351.22±33.75)ng/ml,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the mild and moderate groups(1.66±0.36)mg/L and(273.49±25.17)ng/ml(P<0.05).Conclusions Serum SFTP1 and MIF are significantly overexpressed in elderly patients with periodontitis,and these two indicators may be closely related to cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with severe periodontitis.
