摘要
在分析密度法乳化液浓度在线检测技术原理的基础上,成功研制了一种密度法传感器样机。地面实验室对比测试结果表明:该样机在测量精度、一致性、线性度三项技术指标上均比市面常用的折光法产品高出1个数量级,对于极索MS10—5(G)型乳化液测量绝对精度达到0.1%以内。井下工业性试验结果表明:该产品工作稳定,满足煤矿井下使用需求,具备良好的推广价值。
On the basis of analysis of principle of density method-based emulsion concentration online detecting technology,a kind of emulsion concentration sensor prototype is developed successfully.Laboratory comparison test results show that its technical specifications,including precision,consistency,linearity,are all one order of magnitude higher than the refractive index based products mostly used in market,as for GESO MS10—5( G)emulsion,absolute measuring precision is within 0.1 %.Underground industrial test results indicate that the prototype works stably,it satisfies requirement for coalmine underground application and has good promotional value.
