摘要
依据超声波在不同浓度的溶液中有不同传播速度的原理,对超声波法检测乳化液浓度的系统进行了方案设计,采用最小二乘法标定出乳化液浓度、超声波声速及温度三者之间的函数关系曲线.实验表明,采用超声波法检测乳化液浓度是可行的.
According to the principle that ultrasonic velocity in liquid is different at different concentration of liquid, this paper puts forward the general scheme of system testing emulsion concentration. Meanwhile, on the basis of this, the function curves among the concentration of emulsion, ultrasonic velocity and temperature are calibrated via least square method. The experiment demonstrates that the method which is adopted to test the emulsion concentration is feasible.
