摘要
紫杉醇是近年发现的高效、广谱、低毒的抗癌新药 ,存在于红豆杉科红豆杉属植物中。广西是红豆杉的分布区之一。对红豆杉的人工栽培试验进行了报道。在海拔 560 m的低山造林 ,造林试验成活率 1 0 0 % ,1 997年 4月～ 1 999年 1 1月平均高生长为 91 .63cm、茎粗生长量为 1 .4 46cm,侧枝生长 62～ 68cm,年平均净生长量约为高 30 .5cm、粗 0 .4 8cm、侧枝 2 2 cm。
Taxus chinensis belonging to the family of Taxaceae is also the material for medicine of Taxol which is a effective, low poison and large range cancer resistant .Taxol is only found in the genera of Taxus of which are 11 species all over the world. Guangxi is one of the most important distribution regions for Taxus plants. The available storage is very limited because of recent excessive exploitation and long time destruction of Taxus contained forests. This paper reports the experiment on cultivating Taxus chinensis . The survival rate for plant cultivating is 100% at low mountain (altitude 560m) . The mean growth of height , diameter and branches were 30 5 cm,0 48 cm and 22 cm in each year for 3years.
