摘要
介绍了图书评价和图书评价模型的发展现状,并根据RFM模型、效用管理的图书使用因子评价模型,图书引文分析、图书排行榜和五维图书评价模型以及模糊分析模型,提出了"三维模糊评价模型"。
The article describes the current situation of book evaluation and books evaluation model, and according to the evaluation models （ PDCA model, RFM model, the effectiveness of book management, books citation analy- sis, five- dimensional fuzzy evaluation model）,the＂ three- dimensional fuzzy evaluation model＂ is proposed.
