摘要
对知识产权进行价值评估是促进科技成果转化的一个重要环节。目前知识产权价值评估的基本方法即收益现值法、成本法及市场法均存在不同程度的局限性，影响了评价结果的客观性和公正性，阻碍了知识产权向生产力的转化。本文在基本评价方法的基础上，对影响知识产权价值的因素进行了分析。
Intellectual property appraisal is a important step during transfering the scientific and technological achievement into productivity. The basic appaisal methods for intellectual property such as Return Method, Marketing Method, and Capital Method, have different limitations. These affect the appraisal result in no objective and unfair way and hinder the transfering. After giving a simple introduce of basic property evaluation methods, this paper will analyse the factors of intellectual property value, construct the Multiple Goals Decision-Making Method model with which can be used in the intellectual property appraisal. A intellectual property appraisal case is given and analysed with the constructed medel.
