摘要
隐性知识的转化和共享对知识管理、知识创新极具价值,隐性知识的转化和共享是图书馆人的崇高职责,它需要在良好的人文环境建设中孕育和激发,就是需要科学的制度环境作保证,和谐的人际环境来激励,良好的人才环境给培育,坚实的技术环境做支撑,从而满足用户知识服务的需要,同时获得知识增值。
The transforming and sharing of tacit knowledge is very valuable in knowledge management anct knowl- edge innovation. The transforming and sharing of tacit knowledge is an important responsibility of librarian. Tacit knowledge needs nurturing and stimulating in the human environment construction. It need a scientific system to guarantee, encouraged by harmonious interpersonal environment, cultivated by good talent environment, supported by solid technical environment, thus can satisfy the needs of users' knowledge service, at the same time increase the value of knowledge.
