摘要
在图书馆的知识管理中,长期以来只注重对显性知识的管理,而忽略了隐性知识的管理。这种管理方式势必对图书馆的发展产生不利影响。本文通过分析隐性知识的含义、特点和对图书馆建设的重要意义,对隐性知识显性化的方法和意义作了较为详细分析。
For a long time in the management of library knowledge, more attention was paid on explicit knowledge rather than implicit knowledge. This management style leads to disadvantage influence on the development of library. By analyzing implicit knowledg＇s signification, characteristic and importance of library construction, this paper shows the detail analysis about the methods and meanings of implicit knowledge translation.
