摘要
针对混凝土泵车布料机构水平工况进行了有限元动态分析,得出了整个系统耦合的固有频率和振型,以及系统结构动态响应各时刻系统的变形和应力分布规律。
In accordance with the structural characters of brachial placing boom of truck concrete pump, a there dimensional finite element model is suggested. By means of dynamic finite element analysis of three operating modes, the natural frequencies and vibration models of the whole system, and the varied pattern of stress and displacement of structural dynamic response at any instant are obtained. The reasons of violent vibration are analyzed, and the corresponding improvements are given out.
