摘要
建立了对虫草及塑料包装含铅量的检测方法。用微波消解法结合原子吸收法在最佳的仪器检测条件下,将可疑检测对象控制在铅浓度合适的线性范围中,准确度优良,方法的检出限为1.03μg/mL,精密度为3.2%,虫草铅回收率为97.2%-106.8%,塑料包装中铅回收率为99.9%-105.8%。
Establish a detection method of Lead in Chinese caterpillar fungus and plastic packaging. With microwave digestion method, combined with the atomic absorption method, under the condition of the best instrument testing, keep the suspicious object detection in the linear range of the determination of Lead, get the excellent accuracy. Method detection limit is 1.03 μg/mL, with precision 3.2%. Lead recovery in Chinese caterpillar fungus is 97.2% - 106.8%, with recovery in plastic packaging is 99.9% - 105.8%.
