摘要
采用微波消解技术,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定食品塑料包装中钛、铅、铬和镉。研究了消解程序和消解试剂,建立了塑料样品的微波消解方法。测定了三种不同的食品包装用塑料,方法回收率为73.3%~101.7%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~10.7%,钛、铅、铬和镉在塑料中的检出限分别为1.507、.381、7.701、.97 mg/kg,该方法有较好的准确度和精密度,适合测定塑料中的钛、铅、铬和镉。
Microwave digestion technique was used in decomposition of plastics samples and the contents of Titanium,Lead,Chromium and Cadmium was determined of by ICP-AES.The method of plastics microwave digestion was developed by validating the microwave digestion procedure and digestion reagent.Different element level and type plastics were determined.The RSD is between 0.3% and 10.7%,and the recovery of the method is between 73.3% and 101.7%.The limit of detection(LOD) of Titanium,Lead,Chromium,Cadmium in plastic food package was 1.50、7.38、17.70、1.97 mg/kg respectively.The method is proven to be accurate and can be used in Titanium,Lead,Chromium and Cadmium determination of different kinds of plastics.
