摘要
对亚洲篮球"归化球员"现象和"归化球员"现象给亚洲篮球带来的积极意义进行了研究,结果表明:"归化球员"的引进国应当合理引进能够真正推动本国篮球运动发展的高水平球员;对于我国来讲,现阶段还不可能引进"归化球员",但我国篮球主管部门应当重视其他国家的"归化球员"现象,制定我国篮球运动长远的发展战略,培养有潜质的本土球员,创造属于中国男篮自己的球风特点。
In this paper,the ＂naturalization＂ phenomenon of the Asian basketball player and the positive significance to the Asian basketball of it are studied,the results show that the countries introducing ＂ naturalized players ＂ shall reasonably introduce excellent basketball players who can truly promote the development of domestic basketball level; in China,it is also impossible to introduce ＂naturalized players＂ in the present stage,but the basketball departments of China should attach importance to the ＂naturalization＂ phenomenon in other countries,make long-term development strategy of basketball sports,develop potential players,to create the own style characteristics of Chinese men＇s basketball team.
