摘要
植物甾醇是我国农业部2008年批准的一种新型功能性饲料添加剂。文章简述了植物甾醇在生物体内的吸收、代谢及安全性,介绍了植物甾醇对胆固醇代谢和血浆脂蛋白的影响、抗氧化、抗癌、调节生长、抗炎、免疫调节及类激素功能,并对植物甾醇在畜禽养殖中的应用情况进行了综述。
The phytosterols is a kind of new feed additives approved by Ministry of Agriculture in China in 2008. This paper summarized the absorption, metabolism, and safety of phytosterols in vivo. It also reviewed the physiological actions of phytosterols, such as effects of phytosterols on cholesterol metabolism and plasma lipoprotein, oxidation resistance, anti-carcinoma functions, growth regulation, inflammation resistance, immunity regulation actions, and hormonelike actions in vivo. Moreover, the applications of phytosterols in animal production were discussed.
