植物甾醇对产蛋鸡生产性能、血液常规指标和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:5

Phytosterol:Effects on Production Performance,Blood Routine Parameters and Serum Biochemical Parameters of Laying Hens

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加高剂量植物甾醇对产蛋鸡生产性能、血液常规指标和血清生化指标的影响,以确定植物甾醇对产蛋鸡的安全性。选取体重和产蛋率相近的21周龄海兰褐蛋鸡360只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加20、80(最高推荐有效剂量)、400(5倍最高推荐有效剂量)、800 mg/kg(10倍最高推荐有效剂量)植物甾醇的试验饲粮,预试期3周,试验期12周。结果表明:植物甾醇对产蛋鸡产蛋率、采食量、产蛋量和料蛋比均无显著影响(P>0.05),对各项血液常规指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。植物甾醇仅对血液葡萄糖含量有显著影响(P<0.05),葡萄糖含量与植物甾醇添加量呈显著线性关系(P=0.010),对其他血清生化指标没有显著影响(P>0.05)。可知,在产蛋鸡饲粮中添加高剂量植物甾醇对产蛋鸡本身没有副作用。 This experiment was conducted to evaluate the safety of high doses of phytosterol supplementation in laying hens by determining production performance, blood routine parameters and serum biochemical parame- ters. Three hundred and sixty 21-week-old Hy-Line Brown laying hens with the similar body weight and laying rate were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 12 birds each. Birds were fed basal di- ets supplemented with 0 (control), 20, 80 (the maximum recommended available dose, MRAD), 400 (five fold of MRAD) and 800 mg/kg (ten fold of MRAD) phytosterol for 12 weeks, respectively. All birds were acclimated to the basal diet for 3 weeks. The results showed as follows: phytosterol had no significant effects on laying rate, feed intake, egg mass, the ratio of feed to egg and blood routine parameters ( P 〉 0.05). Only serum glucose content was significantly affected by phytosterol supplementation (P 〈 0.05 ), and there was a significant linear correlation between them ( P = 0. 010 ), while there were no significant differences in other serum biochemical parameters among five groups (P 〉 0.05 ). It is indicated that no adverse effects are ob-served in laying hens by the high doses of phytosterol supplementation.
