摘要
本实验鸡共分６组进行，４个组添加中草药，另２个组分别为注射胸腺肽和空白对照。共进行７次采血检测，每次检测包括７项指标，并对尸体、法氏囊、脾、胸腺及肝称重后，采取标本做组织学观察。共检测３４８只鸡。通过实验，充分证明了所选用的中草药具有增强鸡免疫功能的多种效应。
We used different additives of traditional Chinese medicine in feeds to experimenton the chickens divided into 6 groups.From group A to group D,Astragalus membra-naceus,Atractylodes macrocephala,Taraxaculn mongolicum and Ligustrum lucidum wereadded to rations respectively;but Thyrosin injection was applied to group E while groupFwas called the control.We Carried out a series of tests:Erythrocyte rosette formationtest,Erythrocyte-Antibody-Complement rosette test,Acid a-naphthyl acetate esteraseassay,Cellulose acetate membrane electrophoresis(for r-globulin assay),Hemagglutina-tion inhibition test of Newcastle disease.Leucocvte count and Nitroblue tetrazaliumreduction test.Carcass,bursa Fabricius,spleen,thymus and liver were weighed up eachwhile their indexes calculated in proportion to body weight.Histologic samples fromthese organs were stained with H.E.Tlie experiment result indicates that selectivemedicines intensified the immunologic function of chickens.
