农村成年居民膳食多样化对中心性肥胖影响的调查

摘要 目的:以膳食多样化评分(DDS)和腰围为评价指标,了解吉林省18-65岁农村成年居民膳食多样化与中心性肥胖状况,并分析膳食多样化对中心性肥胖的影响。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样,在吉林省农村地区随机抽取674名农村成年居民作为调查对象,运用半定量食物频率法调查居民各类食物摄入频率和摄入量,采用标准方法测量腰围。计算DDS,分析DDS对中心性肥胖的影响。结果:吉林省农村居民DDS整体尚可,38.0%的居民DDS在7分及以上,中心性肥胖率为37.2%。随着膳食多样化程度级别的增加,中心性肥胖率增加,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。膳食多样化程度为适中和充足的居民,其发生中心性肥胖的危险性分别是膳食多样化程度不足者的0.756和0.774倍。结论:目前吉林省农村成年居民膳食多样化程度尚可,中心性肥胖发生率较高,随着膳食多样化程度增加,中心性肥胖的发生危险性降低。
