摘要
目的了解大学生食物多样化评分分布状况及食物多样化评分与发锌含量的关系。方法采用食物频率法调查某高校221名大学生的膳食摄入情况,并做食物多样化评分(DDS);通过原子吸收分光光度法对其中高低DDS组随机抽取的40份发样做发锌含量的检测。结果被调查人群平均DDS最高男、女生分别为3.7和3.8,差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05);大学生发锌含量平均值为300.88μg/g,发锌含量的性别差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),高低DDS分组的发锌含量差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该校大学生的饮食情况不容乐观,食物多样化水平有待提高;未发现DDS与发锌的关系。
Objective To understand the distribution of Dietary Diversity Score(DDS) and the level of hair Zinc,and to evaluate the relationship between DDS and hair Zinc in undergraduates.Methods To evaluate the DDS in a sample of 221 by food frequency questionnaire and a random of 40 samples were chosen to be determined the Zinc level by atomic absorption spectrophotometer.Results The mean level of DDS was 3.7 for boys,and 3.8 for girls,and there were no statistical difference between genders(P>0.05);The mean level of hair Zinc was significantly different in the genders(P<0.01),but was no significantly?different between low and high groups of DDS(P>0.05).Conclusion The dietary intakes in college students were not optimistic,the level of DDS needs to be improved,and there was no relationship between DDS and hair Zinc level in undergraduates.
