水浴消解-冷原子荧光光谱法测定植物样品中汞 被引量:9

摘要 为简化消解植物样的方法,提高测定植物样中汞的准确性.实验采用逆王水水浴消解样品,样品经SnCl2还原,冷原子荧光测定了植物样中汞的含量.方法检出限0.40ng·g-1(稀释因子100倍),精密度(n=12)3.14%~6.49%,加标回收率94.4%~98.7%,方法经生物国家一级标准物质验证方法准确可靠. In order to simplify the method for plants digestion and increase the accuracy of determination of Hg,in this paper,the samples were firstly treated through the inverse aquaregia digestion in the water bath,and then reduced by the SnCl2,after that,the concentration of Hg was determined by the cold atomic fluorescent spectrophotometry.The detection limit is 0.40ng·g-1 (dilution factor 100),RSD (n=12) is in the range between 3.14% and 6.49%,the recovery for the sample is in the range of 94.4% to 98.7%.The method has been applied to the determination of Hg in biological national standard reference materials .
