摘要
建立了固体测汞仪直接测定土壤中总汞的方法,采用单一标准土壤样品绘制校准曲线法,对土壤中的汞含量进行测定,验证了该法的检出限、精密度、准确度以及加标回收率。结果表明,本法在0.8~132ng范围内,高、低浓度的相关系数分别为0.9999%和0.9994%。方法检出限为0.06ng,相对标准偏差<5%(n=5),加标回收率84%~103%。测定结果证明此方法准确可靠,适用于对大批量土壤样品的测试工作。
A method for determination of Mercury in soil samples by Solid Mercury Analyze was established. Mercury in soil samples were determined using direct analyzer with solid sampling by single-state standard soil-calibration curve. The analyticaldetection limit,accuracy,precision and standard recovery were validated. The results showed that the related coefficients of high? concentration and low concentrationcurve were 0. 9999% and0. 9994% in range of 0. 8 ~ 132 ng. The respective detection limit of mercury was 0. 06 ng,and the relative standard deviations( RSD) was less than 5%( n = 5),and the recoveries for arsenic and mercury was 84% ~ 103%. The method was proved to be accurate and reliable,which was suitable for testing large quantities of soil samples.
