摘要
目的:探讨循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式在内分泌科见习中的应用效果。方法:临床专业本科班学生共64人,按班级随机分两组,实验组32名采用循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式,对照组32名采用传统教学模式。结果:实验组理论考试成绩、专科检查与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论:循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式可提高内分泌科见习质量。
Objective： To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode in the practice in Department of Endocrinology. Methods： 64 students of the clinical undergraduate class were randomly divided into two groups（ n = 32in each group） ： experimental group by evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode,and the control group with the traditional teaching mode. Results： the experimental group theory examination,special examination compared with the control group had statistical significance. Conclusion： The evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching model can improve the trainee＇s quality in department of endocrinology.
