摘要
目的:探讨循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式在内分泌科见习中的应用效果。方法:临床专业本科班学生共64人,按班级随机分两组,实验组32名采用循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式,对照组32名采用传统教学模式。结果:实验组理论考试成绩、专科检查与对照组相比有统计学意义。结论:循证医学与PBL相结合的教学模式可提高内分泌科见习质量。
Objective: To explore the application effect of evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode in the practice in Department of Endocrinology. Methods: 64 students of the clinical undergraduate class were randomly divided into two groups( n = 32in each group) : experimental group by evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching mode,and the control group with the traditional teaching mode. Results: the experimental group theory examination,special examination compared with the control group had statistical significance. Conclusion: The evidence-based medicine combined with PBL teaching model can improve the trainee's quality in department of endocrinology.
