大叶相思制CTMP及配抄箱纸板 被引量:3

摘要 对大叶相思木材的纤维形态、化学组分进行了分析,并对木材制 CTMP 及其配抄箱纸板进行了研究。结果表明,此种木材虽纤维长度偏短,但纤维素含量较高,壁腔比小,木素含量高,采用 NaOH 和 Na2SO3 混合液浸渍的一段磨浆工艺能生产出高得率的 CTMP,配抄箱纸板质量符合国家标准要求。 The fibre morphology and chemical composition of Acacia auriculiformis wood, CTMP and liner board with it were studied. The results showed that the fibre length of A. auriculiformis was short, but the cellulose content was high, reached 47.14%, wall/cavity ratio(0.56~0.60) was small and lignin content was high. CTMP could be produced by single refining process with chips of 6 years old wood impregnated in mixed liquor of NaOH and Na2SO3 in advance. In making liner board, masson’s pine kraft pulp was used as the top layer(about 20% in total), CTMP as the bottom layer (about 60% in total). The rest was a definite proportion of masson’s pine kraft pulp mixed( about 20% in total) for production of liner board. The quality of the board was B grade based on the state standard. Pollution load of the blank liquor was low in the process of production and convenient for treatment.
