摘要
以木材为主要原料是制浆造纸工业自身技术经济规律的要求 ,林纸经营一体化和规模化生产是现代制浆造纸工业的基本特征。我国造纸工业发展战略的指导思想应该向以木材为主要原料方向转移。建议国家应把发展人工林作为国民经济基础产业来抓。调整造纸工业原料结构 ,逐步实现以木材纤维原料为主 ,提高木浆比重 ,同时 ,适当。
To use lumber as the main raw material is the requirement of the economic and technological laws in pulp and paper industry. Management incorporation between forestry and paper industry and mass production are the basic characteristics of modern pulp and paper industry. The guideline for the strategic development of China′s paper industry should be shifted to the direction of using lumber as the main raw material. It is suggested that Chinese Government should deem the development of man-made forestry as one of the fundamental industries in its national economy. The structure adjustment of raw materials in China′s paper industry should be made so that lumber will be used as the main raw material and the proportion of lignosol will be increased. At the same time, non-lumber fibers and regenerated resources of fiber raw materials should be used rationally and properly.
