摘要
本厂日产30吨CTMP生产线,是我国自行设计和制造的,现已正常运转,试生产的阔叶木化学热磨机械浆质量符合牛皮箱纸板底层浆的要求。本文叙述了该车间的工艺流程、设备、工艺条件以及过程控制的主要内容,报道了烧碱-亚硫酸钠法和绿液-亚硫酸钠法的CTMP生产效果,同时总结了该生产线的特点。
A new 30t/d CTMP plant designed and equipped in China is put into operation recently in Shunchang Paperboard Mill, Fujian province. Hardwood is used to produce CTMP for the bottom layer of liner board. The quality of product has been tested and conformed to the standard.The flowsheet, equipments, and operating conditions of the plant as well as main contents for controlling the process are described in this paper. The results of CTMP using caustic soda -sodium sulfite process and green liquor-sodium sulfite process are also reported. The characteristics of this Chinese made CTMP system is summarized.
