摘要
以液体石蜡为原料 ,采用自制的复合催化剂PCY - 1进行催化氯化。详细讨论了催化剂用量、反应温度、氯气流速对氯化反应的影响 ,得出了最佳合成工艺条件。结果表明 :氯化石蜡— 3 5在 3 5h内完成 ,氯化石蜡— 52在 1 0h内完成 ,氯气利用率超过 98%。该方法大大提高了反应速率 。
A newly developed catalyst PCY-1 was used in this work for the preparation of chlorinated paraffin-35 and chlorinated paraffin-52 from paraffin and chlorine.The catalyst for the chlorination and the effects of temp.and flow rate of chlorine on the catalytic reaction were examined,and the optimal condition of reaction was established. Under the optimal operating conditions,the chlorine content of the product may reach 35% within 3 5 hours or 52% within 10 hours.The utilization of chlorine is over 98% and the product quality is high.
