Synthesis of Resinous Chlorinated Paraffin by Catalytic Chlorination

摘要 以液体石蜡为原料,采用一种复合过氧化物作为催化剂,进行催化氯化,合成了树脂状氯化石蜡。详细探讨了反应温度、反应时间、氯气流量、催化剂用量、四氯化碳加入量等工艺条件对氯化反应的影响,得到了最佳合成工艺条件。同时对所得产品进行了红外光谱分析和质量检测,产品含氯量达72.5%,质量符合同类产品标准。 esinous chlorinated paraffin was synthesized by catalytic chlorination from liquid paraffin in the presence of peroxide. The effects of various falctors on the chlorination reaction were discussed in detail. The optimum synthetic conditions were obtained as follows =reaction temperature, 70℃;reaction time, 10h ; chlorine flow, 600ml/min; catalyst quantity, 0.3% of paraffin weight, and volume ratio of CCl4 to liquid paraffin, 1: 3. The quality indexes and iR spectrum of the product were examined and were found to be in accordance with the relevant standards.
