摘要
本文简单介绍了一下液相质谱测定中离子加合现象以及原位化学反应测定的研究进展。通过结合实际例子,总结了氢离子、铵根离子、甲酸根、乙酸根加合等常见加合与原位化学反应测定等方法,为日常检测开发新的方法提供了一些参考。
In this paper, the ion addition phenomena in the determination of liquid phase mass spectrometry and in situ chemical reaction determination are briefly introduced. Based on practical examples, the methods of hydrogen ion, ammonium ion, formic acid ion, acetate addition and in situ chemical reaction determination, which provided some references for routine detection and development of new methods.
