摘要
钻削过程中切削变形问题直接影响到钻削效率和孔加工表面质量 .通过对切屑变形系数的测量 ,详细分析了钻削过程中的切削变形情况 ;用标准麻花钻、基本型群钻和优化群钻对 45钢进行钻孔 ,对其切屑变形系数进行了测量与对比 .实验结果表明 ,分屑可以减小切削变形系数 ,是提高钻削效率的有效方法 ,优化群钻由于采用了新分屑原理 ,降低了切削变形系数 。
Analyses the cutting deformation which has a direct effect on drilling efficiency and drilling hole quality with cutting deformation coefficients measured in drilling process and describes the experiments made with standard twist drills, basic Multifacet drills and optimized Multifacet drills used in drilling 45 steel and concludes that the optimized Multifacet drills works with less deformation coefficients, and it is an effective way to enhance drilling efficiency.
