摘要
本文对高强度钢的切削加工性能进行了分析 ,通过试验总结了普通麻花钻切削高强度钢时的磨损、破损特点 ,并对普通麻花钻和基本型群钻进行了切削对比试验 ,证明群钻可使切削力和扭矩减小 ,使刀具耐用度提高。从而为高强度钢的切削加工提供了理论依据。
This paper analyses the cutting quality of high intension steel. Through experiments the characteristics of abrasion and dilapidation of common twist drill are summarized when it cuts high intension steel. Comparison experiments of common twist drill and basic Chinose multi-facet drill illustrate that chinose multi-facet drill decrease cutting force and tuning moment, and increase the endurance degree of the facet, therefore, the theoretical foundation are provided for high intension steel's cutting process.
