摘要
采用分光光度法检测了新生儿头发中铜的含量 ,提出了测定的最佳条件 ,并与原子吸收分光光度法的测定结果进行比较 ,得到了满意的结果。为开展微量元素与新生儿健康的研究提供了准确且简便的方法。
A method was described for the determination of copper in hair of newborn babies by spectrophotometery.The conditions have been optimally selected and the results have been compared to the one obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry(AAS).This method could give us the results accurately and reliably.It provides a beneficial reference for the study of trace element and baby health.
