摘要
为探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清锌、铜含量变化,检测了27例支气管哮喘患儿的血清锌、铜含量,并同时检测25名健康儿童作为对照组,结果显示:支气管哮喘患儿血清锌低于正常对照组，且差异有显著性（P＜0．05）；而支气管哮喘患儿血清铜与正常对照组相比无差异.提示:支气管哮喘患儿存在血清锌的代谢紊乱.
The content of serum zinc and serum copper in 27 children with bronchial asthma was determined and 25 normal children were served as control group．The results showed that the serum zinc in children with bronchial asthma was lower than that in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05).There is no difference of the serum copper betwen children with bronchial asthma and the control group(P＞0．05).This study suggests that the children with bronchial asthma have metabolism disorder of serum zinc．
