摘要
目的:评价地锦草提取部位对红色毛癣菌感染豚鼠皮肤模型的影响。方法:建立豚鼠皮肤癣菌感染模型,实验前24h剪除实验动物背部毛发,用无菌粗砂纸轻轻磨破豚鼠背部皮肤,以观察到点状渗血为宜,将红色毛癣菌涂抹于豚鼠皮肤表面。造模成功后,病变部位分别涂抹地锦草提取部位乳膏低剂量(0.1 g/cm2)、中剂量(0.2 g/cm2)、高剂量(0.4 g/cm2)、阳性药特比萘芬乳膏(0.2 g/cm2),以皮肤病变程度、治愈率和真菌镜检转阴率为评价指标,观察地锦草提取部位对豚鼠皮肤癣菌感染模型的治疗作用。结果:与模型组比较,地锦草提取部位对豚鼠皮肤红色毛癣菌感染治疗效果显著,其中地锦草提取部位高剂量组(0.4 g/cm2)治愈率为88.90%,中剂量(0.2 g/cm2)为87.50%,低剂量(0.1 g/cm2)为77.80%。通过病理切片观察高、中剂量可明显改善感染组织皮肤毛囊生长情况。结论:地锦草提取部位涂抹对豚鼠皮肤红色毛癣菌感染有一定的治疗作用。
Objects： The treatment effect of effective parts of evaluation at the Euphoria humifusa Willd on guinea pig Trichophyton rubrum skin infection. Methods： Establishing the model of guinea pig skin ringworm fungi infection experiments for 24 h before cut off animal hair back,covers an area of 2. 5 cm × 2. 5 cm. With sterile sandpaper gently worn out the back of the guinea pig skin,dotted with observed ooze blood advisable,Trichophyton rubrum smeared on the surface of the skin of guinea pigs in order to establish guinea pig dermatophytes infection model. After the success of the building,respectively the lesion site spread it to humifusa extract cream low doses（ 0. 1 g /cm2）,middle dose（ 0.2 g/cm2）,high doses（ 0.4 g/cm2）,positive-controlled than naphthalene finn cream（ 0.2 g/cm2）. To evaluate the degree of skin lesions,the cure rate and fungal microscopy negative rate indicators. Therapeutic effect is observed though guinea pigs dermatophytes infection model in Euphoria humifusa. Results： Compared with model group,the area of grass dissolving of guinea pig skin red hair versicolor bacterium infection treatment effect is remarkable,Which parts in euphorbia humifusa extract high dose group（ 0. 4 g /cm2） cure rate was88.90%,middle dose（ 0. 2 g /cm2） was 87.50%,low dose（ 0.1 g/cm2） was 77.80%,compared with model group positive-controlled（ P ＆lt;0.01）,high dose（ P ＆lt; 0. 01）,middle dose group（ P ＆lt; 0. 01）,low dose group（ P ＆lt; 0. 05）,infection by pathological observation can obviously improve the skin hair follicle growth situation. Conclusion： The effective parts of Euphoria humifusa daubed had certain therapeutic effect on guinea pig skin Trichophyton rubrum infection.
