摘要
目的观察肤康涂膜剂治疗妊娠妇女患肥厚性神经性皮炎的疗效和安全性,并与哈西奈德乳膏进行比较。方法对88例妊娠妇女或非妊娠妇女患肥厚性神经性皮炎患者外用肤康涂膜剂或哈西奈德乳膏进行治疗,观察记录患者的临床表现和治疗反应。结果用肤康涂膜剂治疗后的皮损改善情况及总评分优于哈西奈德乳膏(P<0.01orP<0.05),临床疗效肤康涂膜剂优于哈西奈德乳膏(P<0.05)。结论肤康涂膜剂治疗特殊人群患肥厚性神经性皮炎临床疗效好,不良反应轻。
Objective To observe the effect and security of treating gravidity women suffered from fleshy neurodermitis compared with Halcinonide cream.Methods 88 gravidity women were treated with Fu Kang balm or Halcinonide cream;Observe the clinical manifestation and reaction of patients.Results The improvement of skin damage with Fu Kang balm was better than Halcinonide cream(P<0.01or P<0.05) and the clinical curative effect was also better than Halcinonide cream(P<0.05).Conclusions Fu Kang plastics is effective to treat the special crowd who suffered from the fleshy neurodermitis and its adverse effect is lightly.
