摘要
目的:了解脾虚小鼠肠道菌群和免疫功能的变化及四君子汤多糖对其的纠正作用。方法:利用番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复制小鼠脾虚模型,经1g/kg及2g/kg四君子汤多糖治疗后,以菌落计数法检测其盲肠内容物中双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌及大肠杆菌的数量;白细胞检测仪检测外周血白细胞比例;以ELISA检测肠道sIgA含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组小鼠双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌、脆弱拟杆菌及大肠杆菌数量均升高、外周血中性粒细胞及单核细胞比例升高,淋巴细胞比例下降、肠道sIgA含量降低;经1g/kg及2g/kg四君子汤多糖治疗后,各项指标均有一定的恢复,接近正常水平。结论:四君子汤多糖对脾虚小鼠肠道菌群及免疫功能有一定的恢复作用。
Objective: To observe the change of gut flora and immune function in spleen-deficiency mice and the treatment of polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decotion on them. Methods: Establishing the spleen-deficiency mice model with senna extract and fully and poorly feeding food in turn,and then detect the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides fragilis and Escherichia coli in mice cecum contents by colony counting,the change of the proportion of peripheral blood leukocyte and intestinal sIgA content by ELISA after treated with 1g /kg and 2g /kg polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction. Results: Compared with the normal control group,the number of Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Bacteroides fragilis and Escherichia coli in mice cecum contents increased in model group,and the proportion of peripheral blood lymphocyte and intestinal sIgA content decreased,while the neutrophil and monocytes increased. After treated with the 1g /kg and 2g /kg polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction,all the indexes have certain recovery and close to the normal level. Conclusion: Polysaccharide of Sijunzi Decoction in a dose dependent manner recovered the gut flora and immune function in spleen-deficiency mice.
