摘要
近年来微生态学与中医学关系引起了中医药学者的广泛关注,为中医证候的研究开辟了新的思路.脾虚证为祖国医学脏腑辨证之常见证型,研究证明中医"脾"与肠道微生态间存在着十分密切的关系,分子生物学技术和基因组学技术的迅速发展为我们深入研究肠道微生态提供了有力的工具,对脾虚证本质和检验标准的探索产生了巨大推动作用.本文对脾虚证检验标准化研究及其与肠道微生态关系作一综述.
The special relationship between microecology and traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） has attracted wide attention in recent years, which provides a new perspective for understanding syndromes in TCM. Pi-deficiency is a common syndrome in TCM. Extensive studies have dem- onstrated that alteration and perturbation in the intestinal flora are associated with Pi-deficiency. Molecular biological methods have greatly expanded our knowledge of microbial diver- sity and highlight the impact of compositional changes in bowel communities on perceptions of Pi-deficiency. In this review, we summarize recent progress in understanding the relation- ship between intestinal microbiota and Pi-defi- ciencv.
