摘要
目的 :探讨黄芪注射液对烫伤大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法 :利用烫伤大鼠实验模型 ,采用MTT比色法等技术 ,分别测定了烫伤大鼠及烫伤大鼠黄芪注射液治疗后免疫功能指标。结果 :黄芪注射液能拮抗烫伤抑制大鼠腹腔Mφ吞噬活性、脾脏淋巴细胞转化增殖、IL 2分泌、NK细胞活性、RBC C3bR花环率、RBC IC花环率作用 ,并且拮抗烫伤引起的促进腹腔Mφ分泌肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)、增加血清IL 6水平作用。 结论
Objective: To explore the effect of Huangqi injection on immune function in rats with scald. Methods: The immune function markers of the experimental model of rats with scald after Huangqi injection treatment were determined by using MTT colorimetry technique. Results: Phagocytosis of MΦ、 T Lymphocyte proliferation and transformation rate、 production of IL 2、 activity of NK cell、 and immune function of RBC were remarkly depressed and the activity of TNF、 the level of IL 6 in serum were increased in rate with scald. Conclusions: Haungqi Injection was effective for improving the disorder of immune function in rats with scald.
