联合用药治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心衰的疗效分析被引量：9

摘要目的观察比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心衰的疗效。方法选取90例风湿性心脏病慢性心衰患者,随机分为比索洛尔、依那普利、螺内酯联合治疗组(观察组)及常规治疗对照组。治疗期为1年,治疗1年后测定心功能及左室内径指标。结果观察组左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)显著下降,左室射血分数(LVEF)显著增加,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔、依那普利和螺内酯联合治疗风湿性心脏病慢性心衰效果显著,值得临床推广。
