摘要 利用自制的微机控制焊接参数动态检测仪对低碳钢薄板堆焊焊接热循环进行了实际测量 ,同时建立了相同条件下的数学模型并应用焊接传热学理论计算了该数学模型的热循环特征参数 ,对两组结果进行对比 ,分析了产生误差的主要原因。结果证明数学模型的正确性 ,该仪器为研究焊接热传导、焊接应力及变形提供了先进的实验手段。 The authors have measured the process of butt welding heat cycle on the thin plate of Low-Steel and given the temperature-distribution curves,using PC and the microcomputer dynamic detecting instrument which has been studied and produced by ourselves,and meanwhile the characteristic parameters of the plate on the same condition have been calculated according to the theory of heat conductance.We have analyzed and compared the two results;found the main reasons which caused the error between them.The result proves that the mathematical models are right and the instrument offers an advanced test method in studying welding heat cornduction and welding stress and distortion.
