本文介绍了作者自行研制的由单片机组成的焊接温度场及焊接变形动态检测系统及其硬件结构特点和软件功能．该仪器为研究焊接热传导及焊接应力和变形提供了先进的实验手段．
The paper introduces a dynamic test system composed of a single chip computer and used for testing the temperature changes in welding and welding distortion,and the structure characteristics of its hardware and the functions of its software are also discussed in the paper. The instrument offers an advanced test method for studying welding heat conduction and welding stress and distortion.
