摘要
本文报道了新型催化剂TiSiW12 O4 0 /TiO2 催化合成苯甲酸正丁酯的醇酸比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应诸因素对产率的影响。苯甲酸正丁酯产率可达 75 6 %
The synthesis of n-butyl benzoate from benzoic acid and butanol was catalyzed by solid super acid TiSiW_ 12 O_ 40 /TiO_2,and the factors influencing on the yield of the reaction were discussed.It showed that the solid superacid TiSiW_ 12 O_ 40 /TiO_2 was an excellent catalyst,the yield of the n-butyl benzoate could reach over 75.6%.under molar ratio of butanol and benzoic acid 4:1,the reaction temperature of 105～120℃,reaction time of 2.0h and amount of TiSiW_ 12 O_ 40 /TiO_2 solid superacid catalyst of 1.5%.
