摘要
首次报道了以固载杂多酸盐 Ti Si W12 O4 0 /Ti O2 为多相催化剂 ,对以乙醇、丙醇、丁醇和对羟基苯甲酸为原料合成尼泊金酯的反应条件进行了研究。实验表明 :Ti Si W12 O4 0 /Ti O2 是合成尼泊金酯的良好催化剂 ,最佳反应条件为 :醇酸mol比为 4∶ 1 ,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的 2 % ,反应时间为 2 h。上述条件下 ,尼泊金乙酯的产率为 87.5% ,尼泊金丙酯的产率为 89.2 % ,尼泊金丁酯的产率为 91 .1 %。
The synthesis of Nipagin esters were studied with ethanol,propanol,butanol and p-hydroxybenzoic acid as reactants,and reaction conditions were selected.It showed that TiSiW_12O_40/TiO_2 was an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of Nipagin esters,and the optimumreation conditions was that the molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 4∶1,the mass ratio of the catalyst used to the reactants was 2.0%,and the reaction time was 2h.Under this conditions,the yield of ethyl ester,propyl ester and butyl ester respectively is 87.5%,89.2% and 91.1%.
