摘要
以固载杂多酸盐TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2为多相催化剂,以丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、异戊醇和苯甲酸为原料合成了一系列苯甲酸酯,并对反应条件进行了研究。实验表明,TiSiW_(12)O_(40)/TiO_2是合成苯甲酸酯的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:醇酸摩尔比为4:1,催化剂用量为反应物料总量的1.5%~2.5%,反应时间为1.5~2.5 h。上述条件下,苯甲酸丙酯的产率为40.5%,苯甲酸丁酯的产率为75.6%,苯甲酸戊酯的产率为96.7%,苯甲酸异戊酯的产率为83.3%。
The benzoic esters were synthesized by esterification of propyl alcohol, n - butyl alcohol, n - amyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol and benzoic acid using TiSiW12O40/TiO2 as heterogeneous catalyst, and the reaction conditions were selected. The experimental results showed that TiSiW12O40/TiO2 was an excellent catalyst for the synthesis of benzoic esters, and the optimun reaction conditions were molar ratio of alcohol to acid 4:1, catalyst amount (based on the total amount of raw materials) 1.5% - 2.5% , and reaction time 1.5-2.5 h. Under this conditions, the yields of propyl benzoic ester, n - butyl benzoic ester, n - amyl benzoic ester, and iso - amyl benzoic ester respectively were 40.5% ,75 .6% ,96.7% ,and 83 .3% .
