改性超高分子量聚乙烯的粘弹性滞后能耗研究 被引量:6

摘要 对用超细玻璃微珠和玻璃纤维两种填料改性后的超高分子量聚乙烯的粘弹性滞后能耗 (tanδ)进行了理论分析与试验研究 ,结果发现 :粘弹性滞后能耗 (tanδ)随着填料比例的增加而降低 ,随着温度的升高而增大 ,随频率的增高、降低而变化不大 ,弹性模量随温度升高而降低 ,随频率的增大而增大 ,此外 。 Visco elastic hysteresis of energy loss of UHMWPE modified by glass micro spheres and glass fibers was analyzed theoretically and investigated experimentally. It was noted that hysteresis of energy loss(tanδ)decreased with the increasing of filler content, increased with the increasing of temperature, and had little change when frequency changed. Its elasticity modulus decreased with the increasing of temperature, and increased with the increasing of frequency. When adding the same amount, glass micro spheres had better effect than that of glass fibers.
