摘要
针对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)熔体流动速率极低、熔点高、熔体粘度大,因而加工成型困难等缺点,综述了提高其加工性能和物理力学性能的物理改性、化学改性、聚合物填充改性及自增强改性等的研究进展,指出了UHMWPE今后的发展方向。
The research progress of improving ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) processing property and physical property, such as physical modification, chemical modification, polymer filler modification and self-enhancing modification is summarized according to the defect of being difficult to process caused by the low melt flow rate, high melting point and high melt viscosity. The development direction of UHMWPE is pointed out.
