摘要
塑料是一种高粘弹体聚合物,用作齿轮材料在工作过程中时,不但有摩擦生热,而且还有粘弹性滞后能耗生热,而齿轮的寿命受温度影响很大。综合分析摩擦生热、粘弹性滞后能耗生热和齿轮温度的关系,以探索一种合适的齿轮温度计算方法,为防止塑料齿轮热失效提供帮助。
Plastic is a kind of highviscoelastic polymer.When used as gear material,it will produce heat not only by wear,but also by viscoelastic hysteresis of energy loss.Moreover,the lifetime of plastic gears depends much on temperature.The relationships between heat produced by wear or by viscoelastic hysteresis and gear temperature are synthetically analyzed in order to explore a suitable means for calculating gear temperature, and providing assistance for avoiding thermal failure of gears.
