摘要
目的:探讨胆囊腺瘤的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析接受CT增强检查并经手术病理证实的4例胆囊腺瘤患者临床和CT资料。结果:CT检查示4例病灶均位于胆囊内,病灶均呈圆形,密度均匀,边缘清晰,4例病灶增强后多为明显均匀强化。结论:胆囊腺瘤的CT表现具有明显均匀强化特征,CT增强扫描有较高诊断价值,有助于术前评估。
Objective：To explore the CT feature of gallbladder adenoma. Methods：Enhanced CT scans of 4 cases with gallbladder adenoma,confirmed pathologically after operation were analysed. Results：All four lesions were in the gallbladder in CT. The lesions were round. The density of the lesions was even and the rims were clear. There was ob-vious and even enhancement in most cases. Conclusion：Obvious and even enhancement is the CT characteristic of gallbladder adenoma. CT enhancement has higher value and is necessary for evaluation before operation.
