摘要原发性肝癌（Primary hepatocellular carcinoma，PHC）合并胆管癌栓（Tumor thrombosis in bile duct，PHC-TTBD）较少见，临床易误诊。为此笔者收集所在医院1999—07-2007—09经手术病理证实的7例PHC-TTBD的CT或并MRI资料，现将其分析报告如下。
