摘要
分析和总结企业情报工作体系与模式的相关研究与实践,针对其无法协同高效、快速响应与支撑企业经营决策的现状与不足,构建基于第三代研发管理理念的企业情报工作模式,描述该模式下的企业情报组织体系与跨部门矩阵式情报研究项目团队法、情报工作流程标准化、情报活动开展的工具方法以及情报规划,以期将企业情报工作与企业经营决策密切结合,将企业情报工作进行规范化管理,提高情报工作质量与效率。
This paper analyses the current research and practice of the enterprise intelligence system and mode. It has been found that the current enterprise intelligence mode is unable to effectively support the business decision - making process of enterprises. In order to solve the problem, this paper proposes a new enterprise intelligence mode based on the concepts of the 3rd generation R＆D management. The organization structure of enterprise intelligence departments under this mode is described. In addition, the method of carrying out intelligence research projects in interdepartmental matrix teams, intelligence process standardization, tools and methods for intelligence activities, and intelligence planning are expounded. The new mode is expected to better incorporate enterprise intelligence work into business decisions of enterprises, promote standardized management of enterprise intelligence, and thus improve the quality and efficiency of intelli-gence work.
