摘要
在简要阐述"大数据"战略背景及其对开放式技术创新的驱动价值基础上,分析"大数据"环境将如何影响技术竞争情报分析服务理念、模式与方法,并针对其影响探讨应对策略:构建语义层面的多维技术竞争情报智能分析模型,并可结合"大数据"时代特有的大众信息能力提升、社会性共享与合作意愿显著等特征,采取"众包"模式协同构建分析模型以拓展传统封闭式技术竞争情报分析系统的机能。
Based on a brief discussion about the strategic context of big data and its value to open innovation, the paper examines how it changes the service concepts, pattern and methods of Competitive Technical Intelligence （ CTI） Analysis. Then, the paper explores how to respond to the big data world for CTI. In order to expand the closed system function of CTI, the paper recommends that crowd sourcing modes be applied to construct intelligent, semantic, multidimensional CTI analysis model owing to wide open source of big data, enhance-ment of the information capacity of the public and remarkable inclination of social collaboration.
