摘要
本文研究了企业竞争情报系统的复杂适应性的特性,认为建立企业竞争情报系统工程学科是提升竞争情报系统研究的重要途径,能从更高层次把各学科的方法和技术与竞争情报研究融合.在此基础上,本文探讨了企业竞争情报系统体系结构,其应包括基础体系结构和应用体系结构,各体系结构的组成应符合整个复杂适应性系统的特点.
Firstly, the paper analyzes the complex adaptive characteristic of enterprise competitive intelligence system （CIS） . Establishment of competitive intelligence system engineering is an important approach to prompt the CIS research level. Competitive intelligence system engineering can integrate all methods and techniques from other science field into CIS research. Secondly, the authors put up with the architecture of CIS, which include fundamental architecture, and applied architecture. The architecture of CIS should fit to the complex adaptive characteristic of CIS.
